TechBranch Guarantee:
TechBranch will work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
Onsite service
We
warranty our onsite service (except as noted below) for 90 days against
defects but we do not offer any warranty for more than the initial time
billed for the labor cost for the service call in question.
Guarantee covers the following:
Any work that we actually performed for example the installation of
parts or software.
Guarantee does NOT covers the following:
Hardware
or Software used to perform sales, service or repairs. Hardware and
software problems need to be handled with the manufacturer in question.
Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
Most
sales, service and repair is done with new parts unless otherwise
specified before hand. So, all RMA are to be handled through the actual
manufacturer of the hardware or software in question.
Warranty on repair or replacement parts
If
for some reason it is required that we use used or refurbished parts.
As is the case many times when trying to service older computers and
network equipment. No warrantee is honored on used or refurbished
equipment. Not used or refurbished equipment will be used without
authorization of the customer as shown on the quote or work order.
