Onsite Service Agreements

TechBranch standard non-contract hourly rate is $120 per hour without a Response or Service

guarantee. TechBranch is offering our services at a discounted rate to clients entering into a
annual service agreement at a rate of $90 per hour and will invoice on a monthly basis per
the following agreed to professional services rate:

* TechBranch will wave all customary travel and expenses, (Sites exceeding a 50 mile radius of the Tampa office are excluded), while executing the hours of service within the scope of this agreement and will make every effort to provide a 2 hour voice response and 4 hour onsite visit as necessary (Emergency “Server Down” situations). These response times are to be executed only within the stated hours of business within this contract.

All service hours incurred which exceed the MVS agreements will be billed at the standard non-contract rate of $120 per hour, with a two hour minimum per visit.
