About 5 years ago our web designer closed shop and we were forced to seek a new company. At that time we realized we needed to find an all-inclusive web team that could meet all of our internet needs; including placing our music online for CD download. We went through company after company, after company. Many stating upfront that they could accomplish our download task and then after months of paying them hefty sums of money, and carrying out only menial web design, they all finally admitted that based on our internet format is was impossible. Then even more of our time and money was wasted only to hear from numerous other companies that this task was unachievable. Our website officially became an exasperating nightmare.
By now we were a good year behind the 'download eight ball' and the previous web design company left our site an unfinished mess. Recently, after a hard drive computer crash and being told my numerous local repair companies that we'd have to send the hard drive out to a retrieval company, pay thousands, with no guarantee that they can retrieve the data, we decided to call TechBranch. Sean told us we were misinformed by these people who were simply taking advantage of our situation and wanted our money. He then walked us through a simple procedure that saved the drive. And he didn't charge us a dime!
Any web company can accomplish the simple tasks.
